Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We currently accept payment by paypal only. You do not need to already have a paypal account in order to pay by paypal. During the process of your order, you will be taken to the paypal log in screen where you will receive simple instructions if you do not already have an account.

Please note that we do NOT take telephone orders. We don't set out to be difficult, but it's simply not convenient for us to be around the phone during standard working hours. If you prefer not to order online, you're welcome to send us your order via email and then put a cheque in the post.

Discounts may be available on prepaid orders of over £100 - please enquire. We do not offer credit accounts.

Shipping And Handling Our shipping charges are as follows:

UK: £1.80 for first item, £0.90 per additional item (by first class royal mail or standard parcel service, depending on package weight/bulk)

Outside UK and within EU: £4.95 for first item, £2.25 per additional item. (by standard airmail)

US & Canada: £7.50 for first item, £4.00 per additional item. (by standard airmail)

Rest of the world: £10.00 for first item, £5.00 per additional item. (by standard airmail)

Delivery Schedule We make every effort to send your order as soon as we can. Most items from stock are shipped within 24 hours, and most other items within 3-7 days. If an item is on backorder with our suppliers, it may take slightly longer, but if it is likely to take longer than 14 days we will always contact you to advise you so, and of course you may cancel your order at any point prior to despatch. We usually send items within the UK by first class Royal Mail or standard parcel service, depending on the size. Items sent abroad are usually sent on a standard airmail service - delivery times for this vary, but delivery to the US seems to take anything from 5-20 working days from despatch. If you need an item by a specific date, or need to check when you may expect your order, please email us at nikki@elysian.co.uk with the details. Please do not telephone - we will be unable to answer during working hours, and it make take several days before we can phone you back.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 10 days or so, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All online transactions are processed via a securely java encrypted payment box. All orders are encrypted at all times while they are stored on the web site. When we download the orders, they are sent over the Internet using SSL and then decrypted on our computers. Payment is actually made when we manually process the payment details on our credit card machine here in the office. Orders are not charged 'on the fly' as you place them.

We make every effort to reply to emails ASAP, usually within a couple of hours at most. However, as well as dealing with clients during the day, we are also home educating our young daughter, and we are therefore unavailable to answer the phone during normal business hours. Phone messages will be listened to, but only intermittently, and we may be unable to call you back for quite some time. For these and many other reasons, we do NOT take telephone orders. For a prompt response, we strongly encourage you to EMAIL us, please. Thank you!

Privacy Policy Elysian Group do not and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party, at any time, unless required to do so by law. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional catalogue, flyer or special offer, usually via post or email. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please email nikki@elysian.co.uk with your details and you will be immediately removed. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third-parties (i.e. royal mail) for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days, in its original condition, and with its original packaging if appropriate. We will offer you the choice of a full refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage unless the item being returned to us is faulty. We send items in good faith, trusting that customers provide correct delivery addresses. We are therefore unable to provide refunds or free replacement items when a delivery goes missing due to an error in the address the customer provided.
Remittance Terms Goods remain our property until fully paid for. We do not supply items on credit terms, and orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Discounts may be available on pre-paid orders of over £100 - please ask.
